Evaluation of casting drawing in accordance with achievable investment casting tolerance.

Wax pattern is produced by injecting wax from PLC Controlled sophisticated horizontal wax Injection press.

Produced wax pattern from single or multi cavity die (tool) are the assembled to from a tree structure aving feeding gate, runner & pouring cup called "Wax Assembly”

Successive coats of ceramic slurries & refractory sands are applied with intermediate drying time to form an Invested Shell.

Wax Pattern Invested in "Shell" is melted out by applying heat source (Auto Clave) called de-waxing to form a hollow shell

The specified molten metal is poured in the hot baked hollow shell.

Upon cooling the resulting precision castings are achieved after further operations like gate removal, cleaning, etc. & subjected to further processing such as heat treatment, surface treatment etc.
